Primeval BV considers due care in handling personal details of paramount importance. Therefore, all personal details are processed and secured with due care and attention. We do this in accordance with the requirements imposed by the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act [Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens] with regard to the processing of personal data. By virtue of this act, we are the party responsible for the processing of data. As our processing falls within the statutory exemption regulations, it has not been reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority [College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens]. This privacy statement explains which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose.

This privacy statement was last changed on 23 June 2016.

We store and use only the personal data that is submitted by you directly or of which it is clear that it is provided to us upon submittal. Data that is no longer needed is removed. You yourself also have the right to inspect, change or remove your details held by us. See our contact details at the bottom of this document.

We use strict safety procedures which, for instance, serve to prevent unauthorised parties from gaining access to your personal data, among other things. To that end, we use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protect all the information exchanged between you and our website.

When you complete a contact or registration form on our website, or when you send us an e-mail, the personal details disclosed therein are stored for as long as the nature of the form or the contents of your e-mail allows in order to fully respond to and process them.
We also offer a newsletter in which we inform those interested about our products, services and related matters. This newsletter may also contain third-party information and offers. Your e-mail address is added to the subscription list, subject to your explicit approval, which you give by ticking the box upon registration. Each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe from the service. The subscriber file of the newsletter will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have given your explicit consent.

Our website uses certain Google services, which may involve cookies and other technologies such as Google Analytics to analyse how users use the website. This information, including the address of your computer (the IP address), is sent to Google, which keeps it on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to be able to produce reports about the website and to offer its advertisers information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may disclose this information to third parties if Google is obliged to do so by law, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. This is beyond our control.

The website also keeps a record of general visitor statistics. Within this framework, the IP address of your computer, the username, if any, the time of enquiry and details sent by the browser of a visitor are logged and used to statistically analyse visitors and their (click) behaviour on the website. We try and anonymise these details to a maximum extent. These details are not disclosed to third parties.

We use cookies in order to offer our electronic services. A cookie is a simple, small file that is sent together with the pages of this Website, and which your browser stores on the hard disk of your computer. This makes it possible to combine different Website page requests and to analyse user behaviour, among other things. You can disable these cookies. However, disabling cookies may impair the functionality and ease of use of the website.

This privacy statement does not apply to websites of third parties hyperlinked to this website. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal details responsibly and safely. We therefore recommend reading the privacy statements of these websites before using them.

We reserve the right to make changes to this statement. We recommend consulting this statement on a regular basis, to keep yourself informed of any changes.
