You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days, without having to state the reason. The return period lapses 14 days after the day on which the product is physically received by you or a third party appointed by you, that third party not being the haulier.
In order to comply with the return period, all you have to do is send your notification about wanting to exercise your right to return a product before the return period has lapsed. If you cancel the agreement, we will refund all payments made thus far, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice to return products in a different manner than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and never more than 14 days after we were notified of your decision to cancel the agreement. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; no costs are ever charged for this refund.
We are entitled to wait before effecting the refund until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. You need to return or present the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to cancel the agreement. You are in time if you return the goods before the 14-day term has lapsed.
Primeval.nl cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at Primeval. You may, therefore, consider insuring and sending the goods by registered post. Also, make sure that the shipment is sufficiently stamped, otherwise we will not be able to accept it.
In the unlikely case of a defect, you will, of course, receive a replacement product or a refund of the amount paid.
